REAL ESTATE

Purchase

We can assist you with the purchase of your new home. Once you have signed your contract for purchase and sale and removed your subject’s, have your realtor forward the contract to our office. As the completion date of your purchase approach’s my office will contact the buyer to obtain important information about the transaction. If you require a mortgage to complete your purchase, have your lender send mortgage instructions to our office as soon as possible. Once the office has generated the necessary transfer documents you will be scheduled an appointment to execute documents. Your documents will be thoroughly explained and you will receive a copy of all your executed documents. On the completion date my office will be responsible for transferring the property from its current owner to you as the new purchaser. After all the transfer documents have been fully registered and existing vendor mortgages have been discharged we will order a State of Title Certificate and forward the same to you.

Sale

We can assist you with the sale of your existing home. Once you have signed your contract for purchase and sale and the buyer has removed subject’s, have your realtor forward the contract to our office. As the completion date of your sale approach’s my office will contact you to obtain important information about the transaction. Once the office has generated the necessary sale documents you will be scheduled an appointment to execute documents. Your documents will be thoroughly explained and you will receive a copy of all your executed documents. Once the sale has completed we will be responsible to pay any mortgages and or secured line of credit’s associated to your home. Your funds will be available for pick up as soon as possible.

Mortgage

We can assist you with registering a new mortgage or secured line of credit against your existing home. If required we will payout your existing lender and register the new lender. As the completion date of your mortgage approach’s my office will contact you to obtain important information about the transaction. Once the office has generated the necessary mortgage documents you will be scheduled an appointment to execute documents. Your documents will be thoroughly explained and you will receive a copy of all your executed documents. On the completion date of your mortgage, it will be registered against the title of your home. If there are funds to be paid to you after the completion they will be made available as soon as possible. After the mortgage is fully registered and existing mortgages have been discharged we will order a State of Title Certificate and forward the same to you.
